After many of my friends and family requested recipes to the never-ending spew of pictures of food on Facebook I have finally been convinced to start my own blog. I am not the best writer and tend to lay off punctuation and common elementary grammar but I will do my best to keep this legible and somewhat clear. Cooking with NO oils, NO added salt and NO refined flours or sugars. Plant based, nutrient dense foods that pop with flavor! I hope you enjoy the pictures and try the recipes.

Nutty Unfried Rice
This is a HUGE seller at work. I created this in February and I personally love it. It can be enhanced with more vegetables or cilantro if you like or mixed with wheatberries to reduce the ammount of brown rice. It is a simple dish to put together.
2C Brown rice, cooked
2oz Pecans, toasted
2oz Cashews, toasted
2oz Almonds, toasted
1oz Coconut aminos
2T Black sesame seeds
1/2C Scallions sliced thin
While the rice is hot, add all ingredients and mix well by hand. Serve immediatly ENJOY!!!
